Who processes your data

While the villa is being prepared for opening, SUA Travel Studio manages enquiries received through this website. To ask a question or exercise your rights, email sua.travel.studio@gmail.com.

What we collect

We process the information you provide in the form: name, email address, approximate dates, number of guests and the contents of your enquiry. Do not send passport, banking, health or other particularly sensitive information.

How we use it

We use the information to respond, share project information and consider a future stay request. The basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request. Submitting the form does not create a booking, hold dates or subscribe you to marketing messages.

Providers and transfers

We use providers required to host and protect the site, store enquiries and, when configured, send email notifications. Some providers may operate outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their terms and applicable law.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiries while responding and afterwards only for the time needed to meet legal obligations or handle potential claims. If the enquiry does not proceed, it will not be kept indefinitely for commercial use.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability by emailing the address above. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies, maps and local storage

We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. The hosting and security provider may use essential technical elements to protect the service. The website may temporarily retain the source of a visit in your browser to attribute an enquiry. Google Maps does not load until you press the corresponding button; once loaded, Google may receive technical connection data under its own terms and privacy policy.
